Returns & Refunds Policy

At The Coffee Folks ID, your satisfaction matters to us. Every piece of coffee equipment we sell is carefully selected and quality-checked, but if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your item without providing any reason.
The 30-day period begins from the day you (or someone you designate, other than the courier) receive the goods.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days using the same payment method used at checkout.
No additional fees will be applied for the refund transaction.

3. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must have been purchased within the last 30 days.
  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and protective materials intact.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to order, customized, or special-request items (e.g., burr choices, finish options).
  • Products that have been opened, used, or installed.
  • Consumables and accessories (e.g., filters)
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or negligence after delivery.

5. How to Return

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost and risk when returning items.
We strongly recommend using an insured, trackable courier service.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Our technical team will assist with inspection and arrange a replacement or repair if applicable.

Note: Minor cosmetic variations or imperfections that do not affect product performance are not considered defects.
