The Bookoo Espresso Monitor answers that in real time. Pressure is one of the biggest variables in espresso and usually the one you can’t see, so the EM puts a live curve in front of you and lets every adjustment be a decision instead of a guess.

Read pressure as it moves

Accurate to 0.01 bar with response delay as low as 0.1 seconds, the EM lets you watch pressure build, hold, and fall while the shot is still running. Dialing in a new coffee or refining a recipe, you see exactly what each change does, so the next pour is easier to repeat.

Every extraction on screen

A Bluetooth 5.0 connection feeds a live pressure curve to the BOOKOO app or Beanconqueror. Save each shot, compare it against the last, and reference pre-loaded pressure profiles to see how grind, dose, and puck prep show up in the data instead of only in the taste.

The complete picture with a scale

On its own the EM reads pressure. Pair it with a compatible Bluetooth scale, including the BOOKOO Themis, BOOKOO Mini, Acaia, or Felicita, and the app folds in weight and flow rate. Your record can hold extraction time, pressure, weight, flow rate, brew ratio, and puck resistance, so comparing recipes and repeating your best shots stops being guesswork.

Fits over 20 machines

The G1/8 thread fits lever machines like the Flair 58, and the included M6 adapter covers many E61 grouphead machines, including the El Rocio Manus S, Rocket R58, Lelit V3, and Profitec Pro.

A 6063 aluminum top cover and a food-grade 304 stainless steel pressure plug keep it solid through everyday use, while staying compact enough to sit in your setup without getting in the way.
